This Privacy Policy explains how Playtime Inc ("Playtime", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use MyChamps (the "Service").

Playtime Inc operates MyChamps at mychamps.gg and related Discord bot/dashboard services that connect to MyChamps.
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:
Account and profile data — name, email address, password (hashed), optional linked platform profiles (for example Xbox, Discord, Steam), and team/league membership details.
League and product data — championships, drivers, results, penalties, incidents, images, webhooks, feature requests, and similar content you or your league members submit.
Billing data — subscription plan, payment status, and identifiers from our payment provider. Card details are handled by Mollie; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Technical and usage data — IP address, device/browser information, logs, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostic events.
Communications — messages you send us (for example to legal@mychamps.gg or support channels).
Discord-related data — when you install or use the MyChamps Discord bot or link Discord: Discord user/server identifiers, channel configuration, attendance/incident workflow data, and messages/interactions needed to provide those features, subject to Discord's policies and the permissions you grant.

Where required (for example under GDPR), we process personal information on these bases: performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement, fraud prevention), consent (where we ask for it), and legal obligation.
We use service providers who process data on our behalf to operate MyChamps. Current processors include:

We share personal information only:
We and our processors may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal/accounting requirements. You may request deletion subject to those needs and league data retained by other users.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email legal@mychamps.gg. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
We use cookies and similar browser storage only for authentication, session management, security, and essential product functionality. We do not use advertising, marketing, or third-party analytics cookies.

Session records associated with the session cookie may include your IP address and browser user agent for security and abuse prevention.
When you first visit, we show a short notice describing these essential cookies. Accepting the notice stores your preference locally so we do not keep showing it. Because these cookies are strictly necessary to provide the Service you request, they are set regardless of the notice; you can still block cookies in your browser, but doing so may prevent login and other core features from working.
Third-party services we use to operate the Service (for example Mollie for payments, Bugsnag for error diagnostics, Discord for integrations you enable, and email delivery) process personal data under their own policies as described in section 5. Some pages also load fonts or scripts from content delivery networks; those providers may receive your IP address as part of serving those assets.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you acknowledge the updated Policy, except where law requires further consent.
